Returns & Exchanges

We want your home to smell amazing, but if you are not completely satisfied with your fragrance, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Fragrances

  Carefully place the air fresheners in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
